You can do this!

I used to throw away a lot of prepared food because I made many mistakes not exactly knowing how to combine ingredients for taste.  I thought I failed completely at cooking to nourish my children. But my family encouraged me by eating some of my failed attempts until I got better.  They also encouraged me to write a cookbook (The Transitional Cookbook),  which I co-authored, and I am on the verge of publishing a second one (Something Different). I also started to share my creations with friends and neighbors, which led to  getting multiple requests to host cooking classes for churches and schools in my area, and as far as Africa and the Caribbean.  You too can do this.
